“You” or “your” refers to the user and/or customer.

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, please follow the ordering steps on our website.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it. This confirmation does not yet mean your order has been accepted, but it shows we’re preparing to process it.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
We currently accept payment through bank transfers only. Payment details will be shared once your order has been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Nigerian Shipping

We aim to fulfill Nigerian orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier.
Delivery fees are handled separately and confirmed once your order is ready.

You may also choose a preferred courier of your own, and pay the courier directly for delivery.
If you’re nearby Lagos, we offer local pickup options so you can save on delivery fees. Pickup details will be shared after your order is ready.

5. Returns and Refunds (Damaged Products Only)

If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and fill out our return form, email us at hello@iamxis.com, or chat with us on WhatsApp at +234 708 005 4074.

Refunds or exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and checked.

6. No Returns, Refunds, or Warranty for Non-Damaged Products

Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage.
All sales of non-damaged products are final and non-refundable.
Products are sold as they are unless otherwise stated.

7. Second Delivery Costs for Exchanged Items

If a second delivery is required for an exchanged item, the customer will cover the additional delivery cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on this website belong to I AM XIS and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
